I actually still have a flying Vulcan from the 70's. Lanier briefly made a version as well. If you are talking about getting the plans from the RCM plan service, yes, they were a bit slow but I think that's because there is only one or 2 people doing it. Anyway, I found that that Jeff Moses cuts the cores and stabilizer. I got mine from him and they were pretty good. I can't find any active reference to him on the internet so I checked some prior e-mails. He may not still be doing this but the contact info I had was Moses Lake, Wa. 98837 on Pioneer Way. Pattern One - I've contacted Hobby Barn "sales" so we'll see what, if anything, they say. Do you still believe they have the Vulcan available or can make one? Do you have an e-mail for "Ron"?
