All the Fly Eagle threads on RCU make me laugh. People continue to go on and on and on about how terrible they are, but while doing so, keep the posts about FEJ in the forefront.
So what have we learned about FEJ?

They provide a sub par product.
They do not provide any real form of customer service.
You will wait forever and a day for your product if you receive it at all.

And most importantly......

PEOPLE WILL STILL BUY THEM.

Whatever the reason is frankly it's irrelevant, maybe they think they'll get a good one, or that they can fix it, who cares, they'll buy it. FEJ's best advertising are these forum posts.

Ever hear the old adage "there is no such thing as bad publicity?"

Well, all these posts are doing is advertising the hell out of FEJ. Remember, we learned that even through all the shortcomings, PEOPLE WILL STILL BUY THEM.

Years ago, Marilyn Manson was scheduled to play a concert in Calgary Alberta. The city decided they did not want Manson in their city and banned the concert. When Marilyn Manson was asked how he felt about them banning him, his response was simply:

"I feel like I owe them something, since they've banned me, and talked about how terrible I am, my record sales, poster sales, video sales, clothing sales etc have jumped in record numbers. The people that love me are buying stuff in support, and the people that don't know me are buying stuff to find out what the hate is all about, I can't buy advertising like this".


Well, That's what is happening here. And yes, I realize that I've just put one more thread up about FEJ now, but MAYBE, just MAYBE, people will understand that if you want FEJ to go away, the best thing we can do, is not continue to keep their threads at the top of RCU and on the front page. Does it solve the problem, no, but nobody has come up with a solution to the problem yet either. It's easy to say don't buy the product, but PEOPLE WILL STILL BUY, so the less advertising done, the less people know that they exist. The magazine ad's and forum ad's will continue, but the constant barrage of posts do not help.

Just my 2 cents, if you still feel the need to continually talk about them, well, up to you, I don't read on here much anymore anyway, so have at it, but when more people buy the crap, and get screwed, just know, you're not really helping the problem.
