Sorry fro the delay in response.
graupner not upgradable except for painting or maybe lowering suspension.
Graupner is built arround a circuit board that handles all the R/C aspects . Top is a possible 15mph and thats it. Run time is about 20 minutes.
It's a toy but a fun one.
