It will take a bystander or even a pilot getting injured or killed on video where the aircraft can be seen failing in flight to end FEJ and possibly this part of the hobby. There would be a civil lawsuit and every FEJ thread on this site will admitted into evidence where it's overwhelming that they sold a defective product. If the pilot of that aircraft has any posts in any of those threads where he knew about the issues and flew it anyway there would be negligence as well. I'm not a lawyer so if anyone with legal experience wants to correct me, please do.
