Ahhh.... Its a nifty little tool that allows u to connect the controller to a PC so u can update the firmwear with come custom one people have made.... It's very impressive.
Check out this link...it apparently works with both the GT3b and GT3c.
I can't believe sow clever some people are...this would have to be the all time greatest controller mod.
