Lots of guys swear by bowman rings and replace stockers with them on brand new engines. I put a stock replacement ring on mine when i went through it after a crash. Probably didnt need it, but they are like 6 bucks, so why not. The stock dle ring fits nicely with very little gap.

if i were you, id just order a dle ring from tower.
