I was having some carb problems with my DLE 20, the engine started to bog down and quit just off of idle. The engine had only one hour of runtime. I took the carb apart and found a blue, glue-like junk in it, so I cleaned it, put new diaphrams back in, started it up and same old problems. No matter what adjustment to the low or high needles made no difference. I had a new carb for a DLE 30, so I put it on and so far, things are MUCH better. The engine responds smoother and returns to idle much quicker than with the supplied carb.
Has anybody else had this same situation and has anyone replaced the carb with the "30" unit?
