The Mills Bomb was a free pull-out plan in an English RC magazine, during the nineties I think. I have a copy and obviously fiery does as well. It won't be very difficult for you to get a copy I'm sure. The original was folded A4 pages in a magazine and, as a last resort, those pages can be scanned, to give a perfectly buildable plan.
