This is my first rear carburetor engine, this may seem like a stupid question but i don't know the answer so i will ask. When this engine is bolted up there is very clearance between the carb and firewall. Is there a through hole needed in the firewall to allow for intake air?
I cut a hole a little bigger then the carb throat, I also vent the fuselage so there is no weird pressure issues, my oil cooler doors do that!
