Hi guys,

I have just put a new ignition unit on my 3W 55i engine and am pretty sure I have set the timing properly but am worried about the max RPM.
With fresh fuel and a 21x11 wood prop I am getting 5000 revs when backed off 100 to 150 RMP from peak.

Is this about right for bench running? I have a 22x10 that I will try but can not imagine a big leap in revs???????

In the model and flying it would unload a bit, maybe 500 RPM????
