Thanks everybody for the information an insight. It is very much appreciated :-)

It seems all your planes are between 20-21 lbs. My expected 23 lbs is a little heavy as i thought. My plane is to be powered by a brushless motor and i am going with a larger motor than recommended because i would like to swing a big scale prop. My lipos will be bigger as well and I have installed all 3 retracts and the full depth cockpit. Maybe I should not be surprised by the weight... :-)
I dont need a glider, but of course I dont want the plane to be impossible to fly and land either. Do you think there is enough margin in the airframe for it to be reasonably mannered with the expected 23 lbs? Or should I try to cut weight in my setup?

Bs Nicolai
