Rare poster in these forums and first for these diesel threads, . . . . but did have a couple of querys for answers or advice.
BTW Hobbsy, how is your Saito "diesel" doing ? Is it the .80 size?
Have a few DDD heads, but have only run one 40FP (in a Kyosho Cub) , . . . . spun a 12" prop well, and looking for possibly another one for an OS32. Haven't decided yet about my K&B Sportsters, as they already spin a good size prop, but my Dynaflite big Spit is a toss up between the OS1.08 and my CDI converted Saito 150.
My main query concerns a NIB MVVS 120 twin. Bought a MVVS conversion head for my .77, . . . . and then read where it didn't make as good a conversion prospect as there .61. BUT , the 1.20 sits looking at me.
Been in touch with Dar Zeelon (rep),who gave me a factory web address, which I've also used to no avail, in attempts to locate another matching factory head, but to no avail. Might anyone here in "DIESELAND" have a lead in attempts to find another MVVS .61 diesel conversion head ? ?
