I am going to install steel gear box in whenever I get a chance to get road wheels and a few other parts at the same time.
Well, I just got the box from Mato about an hour ago. Typical handling by UPS. crushed corners.
Need to test the Tiger 1. (27MHz with metal gear box, metal track & metal sprockets and idlers).
However, more important thing is missing. I ordered the Mato metal tracks with metal sprockets and idler wheels for the Leopard 2, but metal Sprockets and Idlers are not in the box.
Mato put Tiger metal parts and Leo2 metal tracks in the empty spaces on the back of the styrofoam box of Tiger 1. Tape around with a little bubbler wraps to cover.
Since metal sprockets and idler wheels didn't show, I don't think I will put the Leo2 metal tracks on yet. They sure weigh a lot.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Mato? So far, I haven't got a reply from 3 different e-mails to them.
