I am going to try and make my own smoke system for my saito 180 using a windshield washer pump and a servo, I also am going to try and make a preheater for the oil by wrapping the muffler with some copper tubing for the oil to go thru before it enters the muffler.

I have a friend that tried it using an old fuel pump but it would only smoke for a few seconds and stop as the pressure from the exhaust was stronger than the pump could put out so it wouldn't pump anything other than at idle. How do the TME or any other pumps get around this? Are they just stronger or do they use a one way valve somewhere?

Anyone know where to get a inverted mount smoke muffler for a saito 180 cheap?
