hence why i used sidefiring LED's under the white film to diffuse.
standard LED's are not really bright enough, they also have narrow beams, the ultra brights are good for sopt lights, forward facing on the tips, facing the ground etc, you can also point them along the wing from the fuz to light up the outside of the wing.
the "grain of wheat" bulbs work better in clear planes.
like i said above, my wing needed more than just one LED at the rear, i should of used at least 4 per segment and of a brighter output.
