I haven't tried three set screws plus Loctite. I thought I had the retention thing licked when I turned down the original fly wheel with the keyway, but it cracked in use.
Must not have left enough material on the hub.

I only seem to have trouble with aluminum hubs, my steel ones Loctite on just fine.

Like the idea of an adjustable magnet ring for the timing, and it might help keep the next flywheel hub together.
