John. The turbine is not included. It would be impossible for the wires to be in place ready to be plugged in as the fuselage comes in 3 pieces. It will just be a matter of getting the wires and airlines to their respective final locations from their location now and then plugging them in. They are all gathered in the fuselage already. It will take all of 30 minutes to do that. The wires in the fuse to the control surfaces do have sheathing. This is not a turnkey jet that can be bought and flown within 5 min of pulling it from the box. It will take, I estimate 5-7 hours. If you would like the 5 minute job, I suggest you go buy a habu. They sell a pnp version. I am starting a 5 day trip today and will not be back until Thursday night. I plan to dive more into this Friday and hope to have it done Friday night.
