I agree with Countryboy here.... I've had a similar issue with an Edge 540 I had.... I tried to carefully force the bolt back out, but then the blind nut came loose. So I had to then force it out and glue the entire wing on permanently.
So as Countryboy said, I'd find something to fill the gap. Maybe take 2 small blocks of wood and cut semicircles (bolt circumference) in the wood, that way you are able to place a block either side of the nut, forming 1 big block. Then hysol the lot together.
