According to the JR Americas web site, Horizon is currently the servicing agent for JR radios that were or are distributed by Horizon. I just had Horizon convert my DSM2 11X to DSMX.

At present it appears that the only major change is that JR product marketing has become JR Americas responsibility. Although they did provide a software update that wasn’t provided by Horizon.
