Looking very good. I am about 60% done framing up my second BUSA Dr.1 as we speak. I went with natural Solartex this time as I had someone give me (4) 2m rolls of it. Comparing it to the Linen, there is very, very little difference between them. I guess I will experiment with the streaking as I get closer and see if I may need to add a slight brownish wash over the natural Solartex to get a good factory Fokker finish. I may end up not having to.
Still deciding which mount I want to go with. Been looking real closely at 413/17 but cannot decide which scheme is correct. I have seen a couple diff. pics, one shows the struts, cabanes and wheel covers black and the other shows them dark olive brown/green.
I'm also still debating how I will do the gear. On my first one, I went with GTM struts and bungeed it, may still bungee it but using the stock wire. I will def. be narrowing the gear stance a bit for a more scale appearance.
