I'm another Rustoleum advocate.
I use automotive primer on glass and metal parts, first.
It appears that your model is already covered in Yellow Solartex. You'll need to spray a test panel to see how well the Yellow Rustoleum will match. If it isn;'t satisfactory, take a look at Dan's suggestion of high gloss exterior oil based paint
