With the wings at zero, you will be fine. Just fly it. What I mean by that is give it the stick that it will need, and trim accordingly. This plane is so dirty, it will never be hands off trimmed anyway. Kind of the charm of it really. Using the rudder is a lot of fun as well. The BUSA does not need as much in the turns, but it is fun to just fly it with rudder. If this is your first tripe, you are in for great fun.
