Here's an update: I have contacted their rep on RCG and spoken with 3 more reps....EVERYONE says that HK refunded my money and to "check my PayPal account" and every time I do there is NOTHING there from HK. I told them that it takes me 30 seconds to pay someone on Paypal and asked why they can't do that. No replies to that question, just a suggestion that I contact PayPal. It's really infuriating to get horsed around. This is clearly a policy set from the top.

Their "reps" are probably just regular forum users being compensated by HK to promote the home team and repeat the same dialog and continue the runaround for those having issues .
I didn't see but did you use a CC to fund paypal on the original purchase or was it funded by a PP balance.? If a CC you can contact the CC company even though the 45 day PP time limit has expired.
