Oh I just realized I completely answered DudaDude's question wrong but the question should be: whats the lowest discharge the esc can handle? The esc can and will only draw in what it needs. The C rating is the maximum safe continuous discharge rate of the pack. So if you have a 7.4v 3000mah -10C pack: 3000milliamps=3 amps and 3amps x 10C=30 amps continuous discharge. If the esc starts to draw more than 30 amps from the battery the battery would probably start to warm up or get damaged. So the higher the discharge the happier the esc will be. I cant find any information on what the sprint esc can pull from the battery but i think that it can handle as low as a 25C battery maybe even lower
