That tells me you didn't have it peaked for one, and for two GloBee tach's are known for being inaccurate. It's not that I don't believe you, I don't trust your tach is telling you the whole truth. That's all. Nothing personal. For two, an OS is not a benchmark I would consider comparing against. Your Evolution should walk all over an FX. A semi smooth 2-stroke for my TT is around 13,500-14,000 on a 9x7 and Jettstream. Peaked on a 9x7 I last saw 16,700rpm on 10% homebrew. Your Evo should have a bit more power than my TT. It's not likely to pick up or lose 1000rpm or more by going up or down 1" of pitch.
