I've done work over the years on big 2 strokes in dirtbikes and what not. Haven't cracked into and rc engine yet but all the principles remain the same. I need to pick up a little degree wheel and go to town. Im a little nervous about digging into some engines though. Anything with a nickel cylinder sounds like a time bomb.
The trick with nickel is diamond files. After grinding the ports, the plating on the inside needs to be ever so slightly beveled with the finest file you can find so the piston doesn't catch it. If that makes sense.
