Plainly overpriced. Price setting is not a cost issue, it is a marketing decision. I purchased 4 receivers in December with the coupons, discounts, free delivery etc. I paid less than $33.00 each. Of course they were out of stock, and I got them a couple of weeks ago... Many companies manufacture part of their items in China. Even Nikon is there now. If you get a break or not will depend of what the market will bear, and also of the pricing strategy the company might have at a point in time.
