Ok so the CG is correct but the elevator seems like it's high to compensate for the drag of the landing gear being deploid. I would trim the elevator to level flight with the gear retracted and when it's time to lan, the main tanks should be lighter which should help, but just b ready to pull up elevator. Having flaparons with the gear down should help but with more power to give you the lift. That sounds like it would create the perfect alpha landing for an f16.
im no expert nor would I advise you to make any changes based on what I'm saying but I'll be looking out for that when I fly my f16.
