I stopped using air gauges several years ago in my jets. What good are they? You can't see them and they are really not needed. I set up my system and make sure it holds air and use the gauge on my compressor for filling. If the tams failsafe kicks in some day at the field I go looking for a leak. The gauge doesn't help me at all. Just another leak point IMO.
