I know the feeling ace. And it stinks. I also won't be doing much building for a while. Between work, the kids have all sorts of stuff every day, plus I'm about to put my house on the market and move. Like you, I'm so close, yet so far off from finishing my current projects, but will probably have to wait a while. Dang life.
