We like Aerofoil. It is a couple .00s thinner, can be purchased in 12" wide rolls by the foot, and you can have it in a couple days. It is nice for compound curves. I have some more pictures to post of the nose after I was done finishing the aluminum. I sand it with 400, then go over it with 0000 steel wool. Leaves a very authentic looking aluminum finish.
I include some Aerofoil with intakes so you can cover the lips of the openings. Makes for an authentic look after paint and some chipping and steel wool treatment. Also sent some rivets for the interior for after you get them installed.
Glad you like them. Look up the install in the thread. It shows the whole procedure.
