Hi guys I wanted to update on my F-14 test flights... Well I got to fly the F-14 with the wings back, absolutely great, this is like a dream come true after seen all those pictures and movies and youtube videos....

Of course the jet comes much more sensitive on ailerons with the wings back, so be prepared to lower the elevon rate on the aileron function quite a bit, but after you set up this the jet is very easy to fly also with wings back.

As usual destiny has a way of forcing me to try things I don't want to.
Due to an electrical problem the wings went back but didn't open for landing so I had to land the jet with the wings back. I was very nervous but actually found out the the F-14 really can land quite well with the wings back, a bit more faster of course but it can land, I was very impressed by this.
It is a situation no one wants but it actually showed me this is posible and now I am much more confident about the flying characteristics of me F-14.

This is a great model, congrats Anton, the F-14 is definitely the best jet out there.

Here a few pictures of the flying of this weekend at Andes Jets, thanks to Seba and Jorge for the great pictures.
