Hi Matt,
The plan view stick outline is for tracing the plan view on a foam block. I don't know if it calls for any washout but I will put some in when I cut the cores. I was going to cut each panel in two sections because there is a step in the TE at the tip. As far as the wing tip airfoil,I will find one somewhere, but you would think it would be on the plans………..Ron, those are some nice pictures. It is amazing to see what documentation people have collected.
