Yes raj what blw and others have been trying to say there is something wrong. In the photo and the video with your engine running you have reinstalled the cylinder head crosswise, it needs to be rotated ninety degrees either way so the fins are aligned fore and aft in the direction of flight or you could experience excessive overheating.

Thank you for bringing that to my notice i did run it once with the head in the wrong place as it can be seen in the video but i have corrected it now good thing i ran it only for 30 seconds once with the head in the wrong place
