This video is of a Elmer Wall 4 cylinder flat head engine. I found it & got it running. The only conversion things I did was to build a ignition system for it. I did add a rod from the throttle arm to the distributor also. It had no compression when I got it, because it sat 25 years. The engine is about 40-50 years old. It has good compression now. I do got to finish the radiator and install it. Lots of fun! PS I know one guy that has one in a neat boat.
