I had checked the steering after the flight at the field yesterday and there's probably a bit too much throw and to make matters worse I just now checked my radio and I had zero expo on the steering. I like expo
. Also noticed a little play in the strut so will have to pull that and check. Just got the plane back in the shop and looked for the brake leak first which took about five seconds as it was loud. Tire rubbing against the air line . Though I had enough clearance and had it secure. All in all I was pretty lucky to get away unscathed. I think sometimes taking a long time on a jet can be just as bad as pushing hard on one as taking long breaks between assembly sessions makes it easy to skip over steps you may have thought you already finished.
