Hi Jason.....

I've done it.....three times....with no problem.
The measurements in a previous post clearly indicate that the Falcon bush/insert/adaptor I/D is undersized and there have been several people in the past mentioning this problem.
Perhaps you got the only spinner with the correct bushing....I have 2 of those spinners and a friend has had 2 more of the Falcon spinners and all had undersized inserts.
I don't have a lathe....and if I did I would not make another insert after paying $72 for it....hahah
