Ken, now that you've gotten the upper back problem corrected and healing, can you use the electric pain inhibitor they installed in you earlier?

My laptop crashed the night before going in; just got to call Dell and get it reloaded back to factory fresh. ROOTKIT, can't fix that; wipe drive and restore to factory fresh the set up again. Using Wife's.
That is the pits, stopped using Windows for that very reason about 15 years ago, went to Linux. Helps to be a little geeky but other than that have enjoyed using it, plus not having to upgrade PC's every time there is a new OS release. Recently took me about two days to re-install Windows XP for a friend; after OS and anti-virus installation, had oodles of patches to download and install, along with all the application software installation and patches, whew! Hope you can get the help you need.

We have a RN here where we are staying so in good hands. I am in a hard neck brace for 2-3 months no anti inflammation meds for 2 months as they interfere with the bone grafts healing. They used as much as the could salvage from neck and the cadaver. And yes the surgeon said it is easier to fix cervical [neck bones] than lumbar. That will also be done later.
Glad to see there is light at the end of the tunnel and that things are getting fixed.

Got to get my wife fixed up some now She is also a mess getting old is hard. GOD IS GOOD AND WISER THAN US. It was hard to accept all of this and loss of apartment. But he has us just where we need to be for now. This is not how I normaly post I watch spelling and punctuation as best I know how but that will be later. Thanks all of you
Ken, she needs getting cared for also and you're statement about God's grace is true. Glad to see your church took care of you and got you and her situated, reminds me of this passage:
