It flew initially with a Saito 100 but it wasn't enough power. I have recently re-engined the plane with a Zenoah G20 and it flies superbly. You will notice it will fly like a big trainer and it will become the one you like to bring as its easy to set-up and fly. Don't expect it to be a high performance acro plane but it will do loops and rolls and generally putt around the sky quite nicely. You'll love it.
Very nice looking model you have there. Naw, I do not expect it to be a high performance acro plane. As you said, I will be happy with a few loops and rolls, plus just listening to it putt around the sky.
I forgot to add, that when I purchased the Eindecker from my friend, he also threw in the machine gun kit. I really think that I got one heck of a deal. If it was not for it being flying season, I would be right now down in the work shop building the kit.
