Does not matter. Its impossible for a manufacturer to give you a range and say, if you fly like this, use this balance and like that, this one. Its a starting point to get you flying, so then adjust to your thumbs. I try to balance with no weight, but if it needs some, great, I can add/subtract as needed. If it doesn't, it will be less total dead weight to adjust. Just don't fly with a wildly off balance...
