Right about the weed whacker and same goes for the blower, 9yr's old, same plugs and never a problem starting in the spring, to top that off I have never touched the needles, go figure.
"Now back to my engine", I have just ran it for another hour and not one problem, the only thing it did was burn gas. I did a little more fine tuning and it really runs great, idles at 1500 RPM and has a very smooth transition. I may never know what caused the surging and that bugs me some. It's going back in the plane just as soon as I get another muffler, mine leaks around one tube making a mess that will end up in the cowl. Valley View knows about it as of this morning, I expect another as they got a picture also
You would think that by now someone would know how to build one that don't pool oil and crap in the bottom of canister, I guess stupid is bliss and we buy it. I need a Tig welder
