Hi,
Flew the new L39 for three flights yesterday with new 180 RX, so far so good with the pipe.
Have desired gap between exhaust nozzle and pipe entry ( I would not call it a bell as such) and it performed well. Have added another 2 lt tank over the original 3.5 lt and will balance fuel load againt time spent in the air and flying style. Then use the volume I need as marked. Dont like being against the wall on fuel and time. have trial fitted a fuel telemtry system to my Skygate Viperjet and this should monitor fuel remaining at the touch of a switch ....Hopefully ! let you know
