Default large scale consumer advice

I have a Smartech Titan. After two years I decided my engine was tired. A friend gave me a brand new baja engine and a stuffed 2mm crank. I decided to order a 2bolt 30.5cc head from Oneill Brothers Racing. I swapped cranks and added the new race head. I didn't do any measurements figuring they are pros and know what they are doing. Compression was crazy and I broke a brand new pull start. They engine wouldn't run unless it was very lean. After emails it was recommended a wt-990 ordered maybe the brand new 668 was bad. A week went by and I emailed OBR. I was told that it must have been lost in shipping and another would be sent. An hour later I received tracking like I did with the head. Two days later it was here. I installed the carb and same problem. I decided to check squish wich was .015. I again emailed OBR and I was told maybe my crank case was machined wrong. They allowed me to send the head back for credit. Im fair and said to myself sh-- happens ill give them one more shot.

I ordered a full mod 6209 which has a nice billet crankcase. I received tracking same day and in two days received it. I opened the box and it doesn't have the nice polished clutch housing in the picture. On the webpage it says you get what's in the picture. After calling and what is said I cussed out a employee I was told that's the sealed clutch housing they charge $50 extra for. After emails back and forth I was told they will send me a stock housing. On my smartech the housing is part of the crankcase.

After this huge post what does everyone think is fair? Should I contact paypal or am I wrong?
