Wifey not so keen on having a trailer at the front of our house so I will go back to a Van for now. The down side is that i'll have to sell my car and be stuck driving a van when not riding the bike no point having a car, van, and bike at home.

Hey Justflying, what do you think the ballpark figure is for the cost of making the trailer yourself? I've always had a hankering to make my own trailer and just wonder how cost effective it is? Also I think I've read somewhere that the reg's in QLD have changed and you can no longer register a home made trailer if it hasn't been built from approved plans or something to that effect...
