I traced all the kit die cut parts and had the parts, wing plan and instruction sheet scanned. The scans have been sent to Outerzone; they will be available for download there. I don't know how long it takes Steve to get plans up. It may depend on whether he needs to do some work on them first.
It will be possible to scratch build the plane from what is included. Construction of the fuselage is a bit unusual, but a few minutes studying the instruction pictures and parts should show how it all goes together.
