I built a GP 40 sized clipped wing cub and put a 52 4-stroke on it. It flies great, but it could use more power on up line for loops etc. I have a Goldberg 40 size with full length wing and a 70 4-stroke. It has more power than you could use, probably perfect for float take-offs. I flew my clipped wing on skis this last winter, and it was great fun. The skis reduced the tendency to ground loop on take-offs. Very cool planes for slow fly-by.
