Thanks Verne. That is pretty much what I was thinking. I started this thread thinking there might be a quantitative test to check for CG, but really it's a balance of motor thrust, CG, and wing incidence (hence the triangulation). I read through Bryan's method thoroughly after I started this so I have a pretty good understanding of what I need to do now
