The Tekin RX8Gen2 and Castle MMM2 do have adjustable Bec's, but those are the only ones I know of. From what I've seen most others are 5-5.5volts. My theory is they do this for the old school servos and receivers that are only rated for 4.8volts. There are a few still out there although they are for less common now, when buying new anyway.
