+1 on those washers - put 4 of them on my Pulse 125 running a DLE 20 and have never even tried to retighten them - they don't need it! I'm sold on them.

As far as the procedure to locate those blind nuts that have been pre-installed on your plane, download a couple of the manuals from Great Planes/Tower/Hangar 9 and page through the booklet (near the back of it) and they will show you how to do that procedure...
