Hi everyone.I am in the UK but in Hatteras NC til 19th.
This is regarding the Hangar 9 Corsair The gas R3 will fit in the cowl no problem but the exhaust ring from the USA which I was recommended to use and had especially made is 1" behind the R3 mounting bracket. To build the firewall forward and so it fits within the ring would bring the whole assembly too far forward to be scale like apart from the fact the prop hub will be another inch too far forward.
The Hangar 9 manual does not mention using the Saito 84 R3 gas motor
Has anyone come across this problem yet?
